Vassilis has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector specialising in Advisory & Brokerage Real Estate Services and Property Management.

As a real estate agent, Vassilis has brokered sales and leases of commercial and investment properties and large asset portfolios for loan restructuring purposes (residential, commercial, personal and credit card loans), Golden Visa applications (sale of a total of 200 apartments in Attica), company refinancing, and portfolio management.

Over his career, he has successfully transacted various types of properties, as well as a portfolio of 15 commercial assets. He is also active in Property Management with properties in Greece and other countries with a total value of c. 50m euros. 

Vasilis has experience as a property valuer as well, and has undertaken assignments for all types of properties, development appraisals and rental value assessment studies. He heads the Real Estate Agency Program of IVT AKMI, and has been a keynote speaker in numerous seminars and conferences.

Vassilis holds an MSc in Real Estate Appraisal from the University of Paisley and currently he is undertaking a Doctorate degree at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS). He is a certified examiner for the Appraisal Institute in Greece.
