Natalie has more than 20 years of experience in the property profession and specialises in Property Valuation & Investment and Real Estate Portfolio Management.

During her career, she has led the design, set up and management of corporate divisions in international companies, and has undertaken lead roles in Property Valuation, Quality Assurance, Real Estate & Property Investment and Research departments.

She has published numerous real estate market research surveys for Greece and Cyprus, and has managed international teams and complex property valuation projects, development plans and feasibility studies for global corporations, investment funds and banking institutions.

Natalie has organized and conducted training programs for real estate professionals, and has successfully supervised APC candidates for RICS assessments. She holds a BA(Hons) in International Business Administration and an MSc. in Real Estate Management from the University of Northumbria-upon-Tyne at Newcastle, UK.

She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Recognized European Valuer (REV) by The European Group of Valuers (TEGoVA), and a Registered Certified Valuer at the Ministry of Finance registry (Membership No 253).
