Marios is a Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (Registration No. 160056).

With a strong technical background in surveying, geospatial analysis, Cadastre and urban planning, he brings an analytical and engineering perspective to real estate valuation. Over the past two years at Emphasis, he has contributed to a broad range of valuation assignments, providing technical insight into planning and property-related matters, particularly in complex cases requiring detailed technical assessment.

Alongside his professional role, Marios is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), further strengthening his expertise at the intersection of real estate, finance and investment analysis.
