Konstantinos has been working in real estate valuation since 2019, with experience in valuation assessments across a range of property types, in accordance with European and International Valuation Standards.

His experience includes NPL and portfolio valuations, certified valuations for auction purposes, investment assessments and financial modelling, including the application of Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis through ARGUS Enterprise.

He has undertaken both on-site inspections and desktop valuations, with exposure to the technical, legal and planning aspects of real estate assets. His experience also extends to real estate underwriting and financial analysis of investment portfolios, as well as the preparation of valuation reports within the applicable regulatory and supervisory framework.

He holds a degree in Business Administration.
