Giannis has over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector specializing in Property and Plant & Machinery Valuations.

He has an extensive experience in property valuations of all types of assets and plant & machinery appraisals and has been involved in numerous complex projects with a variety of production lines across many industries (dairy & food productions, minerals and construction materials, pharmaceutical premises etc) for various purposes, including, IFRS, acquisition & disposal of assets, insurance purposes, orderly liquidations, and compulsory liquidations.

Giannis hods a diploma in Mechanical-Manufacturing Engineering from the School of Mechanical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens.

He is a Member of the Recognised European Valuer (REV) by The European Group of Valuers (TEGoVA) both for real estate and Plant & Machinery, a Registered Certified Valuer at the Ministry of Finance registry (Membership.No 388), and Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
