With more than 20 years of experience in real estate valuation and investment analysis, Ersi has developed extensive expertise across a wide range of property sectors, with a particular focus on hospitality and tourism assets, complex valuations and investment-related assignments. Her experience combines valuation expertise with financial analysis, enabling her to address both the property and investment aspects of complex real estate projects.

Throughout her career, Ersi has held senior positions, including Head of Valuation, where she managed valuation teams of more than ten professionals. She has led and participated in major valuation and advisory assignments across Greece and Cyprus, working with a diverse range of corporate and institutional clients.

Her expertise extends to financial modelling, development appraisals, feasibility studies, due diligence, business plan analysis and real estate portfolio advisory. At Emphasis, Ersi leads and oversees valuation and hospitality-related assignments, with particular involvement in hotel and tourism assets, complex development projects and investment analysis.

Ersi has also contributed to the professional development of valuation practitioners, designing and delivering training programmes for valuation professionals at different levels and supervising candidates undertaking the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
