Ersi has more than 18 years of experience in the property profession and specialises in Property Valuation and Finance & Investment Analysis.

During her career, she has held positions as the Head of Valuation department, managing teams of over 10 members, and has undertaken valuation projects for a wide range of firms and industries both in Greece and Cyprus.

She has experience in customized financial models, decision making advisory, due diligence procedures, development appraisals, feasibility studies, business plan analysis, and corporate portfolios consulting.

Ersi has organised and conducted training programs for all levels of Valuation Departments, and has successfully supervised APC candidates for RICS assessments.

She holds an MBA from the City University of New York.
She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Recognised European Valuer (REV) by The European Group of Valuers (TEGoVA), and a Registered Certified Valuer at the Ministry of Finance registry (Membership No 260).

Currently member of the Valuation Forum of RICS Greece.
