Dimitris is a Surveying Engineer with experience in real estate valuation across a broad range of property types, including complex and specialised assignments. His engineering background provides him with a strong understanding of planning, technical and spatial matters, complementing his valuation expertise and analytical approach.

At Emphasis, Dimitris contributes to a variety of valuation projects and is also involved in the project management of assignments comprising multiple assets and real estate portfolios, supporting the coordination of the valuation process and the consistent and timely delivery of projects.

Through his valuation work, Dimitris has developed a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, comparable evidence and valuation methodologies, with experience across a wide range of property types. His valuation experience, combined with his technical expertise, enables him to bring a well-rounded perspective to each assignment, with a clear understanding of the key factors influencing property value.

Dimitris holds an MEng in Rural and Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (Registration No. 159852).
