Dimitris is a Surveying Engineer by the National Technical University of Athens and a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (R.N. 159852).

Dimitris complements the team with his ability in understanding and analysing the real estate market, along with his specialized training in complex planning issues.

As a Surveying Engineer he issues Topographic Plans and provides urban planning advise for various projects.

During his academic years he published and presented the paper “Modeling taxi driving behavior: A study from Athens, Greece”, where he analysed the consequences of taxi circulation at the Athenian traffic system.

He holds a MEng in Rural and Surveying Engineering by the National Technical University of Athens.
