Aris has more than 40 years of experience in the property profession and specializes in Property Valuation and Urban Planning Consulting.

Over his career, Aris has undertaken complicated valuation assignments focusing on planning and regulation advisory for development appraisals and investments.

He has served as an expert witness for the Court of First Instance of the Prosecutor’s Office of Thessaloniki, and has been a keynote speaker for seminars and conferences for the Technical Chamber of Greece, and the associations of brokers and appraisers, addressing issues related to urban planning legislation, compulsory purchase, and real estate market research.

He holds a degree from the School of Rural, Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (Membership No 41590).

He is a Recognized European Valuer (REV) by The European Group of Valuers (TEGoVA), a Registered Certified Valuer at the Ministry of Finance registry (Membership No 253), and Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.

For the past 3 years, Aris is a regular member of the Disciplinary Board of Appraisers of the Hellenic Ministry of Economy and Finance.
