Elias brings more than 50 years of experience in the Greek real estate and valuation market. He was a founding member of both the Body of Sworn Valuers in Greece and TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations).

Throughout his career, he has established and led valuation, asset management, investment and strategic planning functions within major Greek and international organisations, advising financial institutions, investment funds and corporations on complex and specialised assignments.

His experience extends across real estate, hospitality, businesses, shipping and port infrastructure, plant and machinery, and intangible assets, as well as feasibility studies and investment and development advisory.

Elias is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and a Recognised European Valuer (REV). He has served as Chairman and Board Member of leading professional bodies, including the Body of Sworn Valuers, RICS Hellas and TEGoVA, and has made a longstanding contribution to the development of valuation standards and professional practice in Greece and Europe.

He has also shared his expertise as a lecturer and author on valuation, real estate economics and investment in Greece and internationally.
