Over a career spanning more than 23 years, Natalie has developed broad expertise across real estate valuation, investment and portfolio management, combining technical valuation knowledge with a strong commercial and strategic perspective. Her experience encompasses complex real estate assets and portfolios, investment analysis and advisory assignments for institutional and corporate clients.

Throughout her career, Natalie has held senior roles in Property Valuation, Quality Assurance, Real Estate Investment and Research, and has led the establishment and management of corporate real estate divisions within international organisations. She has managed multidisciplinary teams and complex assignments involving property valuations, investment analysis, development plans and feasibility studies for international corporations, investment funds and financial institutions.

Her experience also extends to real estate market research and portfolio analysis, having authored numerous market studies covering Greece and Cyprus. At Emphasis, Natalie leads and oversees valuation, investment and real estate advisory assignments, bringing together market insight, financial analysis and valuation expertise to support clients in making informed real estate and investment decisions.

Natalie has also been actively involved in the professional development of real estate practitioners, designing and delivering training programmes and supervising candidates undertaking the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

She holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Administration and an MSc in Real Estate Management from Northumbria University, UK.

Natalie is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Recognised European Valuer (REV) and a Registered Certified Valuer with the Greek Ministry of Finance (Registration No. 253).
